I am Gary Styler welcome to my website.

I am also a fully qualified and experienced builder with over 20 years background doing extensions and improvements, so i can also help you with chimneys, hearths and all the associated building problems that go with installing a new stove.

HETAS

What is HETAS and what does it mean to you the customer?

 

hetaslogoIf you see this logo on the web site, van or quote of your installer, it means he has passed the course run by HETAS that ensures the quality and safety of your solid fuel stove installation.

It means he installs stoves according to document J of the building regulations.

It means he is authorised to certify his own work instead of calling out your local council's building control officers to do it.

GARY STYLER is a qualified HETAS INSTALLER AND has been a fully experienced builder who has been carrying out house extensions and improvements since 1985.

 

HETAS is responsible for the training of dozens of installers every year. They are also involved in assisting DEFRA, part of the UK Government, in helping to ensure the safe installation and operation of solid fuel stoves.

 

The HETAS website contains a ful list of registered installers and approved appliances for use in the UK.
